Is a transformational coach, consultative partner, author, and speaker specializing in business insights and non-profit strategy. He has made countless media appearances, including national and regional television and radio programs. He loves the intersection where ministry and marketplace collide. When he isn’t writing or traveling to speak, he is the king of his daughters’ carpool! Chris is married to his best friend and true confidant, Kelly, and they live with their two beautiful daughters in Orlando, Florida. While he has worked for many churches and businesses, large and small, his favorite ministry is at home with his family.
Born in the small town of Blacksburg, Virginia, Chris set out to accomplish his dream of owning his own business and leaving a legacy for his daughters. Through incredible persistence and determination, with the help of God, he made this dream a reality despite countless setbacks. Every failure brought a renewed commitment and fresh perspective in life, faith, and business. After overcoming incredible adversity, including mental and physical abuse from his childhood Chris and his wife Kelly stepped out in faith and launched the industry-disrupting dessert brand Crumb & Get It Cookie Company. This revolutionary concept grew to national fame when Chris had a run-in with a key member of the United States government. Chris was asked to open up the store to be used as a photo-op for Vice-President Joe Biden and politely declined. That day, Crumb & Get It Cookie Company Company launched into the homes of millions. The proceeding months were hectic, and for days the store would run out of product and even the goods to make the product. Crumb & Get It Cookie Company, and Chris McMurray, were featured and referenced on FOX News, CNN, MSNBC, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, AP (Associated Press), countless radio programs, and even appeared on the campaign trail.
